Welcome to CloudLabs Pro. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of our cloud engineering lab guides and related materials. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

When you purchase a lab from CloudLabs Pro, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for your personal learning. You do not own the content — you are licensed to use it.
You may:
- Download and use the materials for your personal learning
- Print copies for your personal use
- Reference the materials while building your own cloud projects
You may not:

- Use materials for commercial training or education without written permission
- Remove or alter any copyright notices
2. Intellectual Property
All content including but not limited to text, diagrams, code, templates, and design is owned by CloudLabs Pro and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited and may result in legal action.
3. Cloud Provider Costs & Disclaimers
Our labs involve using cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.) which may incur costs charged by the cloud provider directly to you.
- You are solely responsible for all cloud costs incurred while following our labs
- Lab cost estimates are approximate and may vary based on region, usage, and pricing changes
- We include cleanup instructions, but it is your responsibility to verify all resources are terminated
- CloudLabs Pro is not liable for any cloud charges you incur
4. No Guarantee of Results
CloudLabs Pro provides educational materials to help you learn cloud engineering. We do not guarantee:
- You will pass any certification exam
- You will secure employment or a promotion
- Specific learning outcomes or skill levels
Your results depend on your effort, practice, and application of the material.
5. Content Accuracy
Cloud service interfaces change frequently. We strive to keep labs updated, but:
- Console layouts, button names, and menu locations may differ from screenshots
- Services may be renamed, moved, or deprecated
- We are not responsible for errors caused by cloud provider changes
If you encounter a major issue, please contact us and we will work to update the content.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- CloudLabs Pro is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
- We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
- We are not responsible for cloud infrastructure you build, security breaches, or data loss

8. Refunds
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for details.

We reserve the right to revoke your license and access if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to sharing or redistributing content.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our products after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify customers of significant changes via email.
