If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll issue a full refund. No questions asked.
How to Request a Refund

- Include your name and the email used for purchase
- Let us know you'd like a refund (no explanation required)
- We'll process your refund within 3-5 business days
Refunds are credited back to the original payment method.
What Happens After Refund
- You will no longer receive lab updates for refunded products
- You are required to delete all downloaded materials
- Your license to use the content is terminated
Bundles
If you purchased a bundle, the full bundle price will be refunded. We do not offer partial refunds for individual labs within a bundle.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated purchases and refunds)
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made more than 30 days after purchase
That said, we're reasonable. If you have an exceptional circumstance, reach out and we'll work with you.
Chargebacks
Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We're happy to resolve issues quickly. Chargebacks may result in termination of access to all purchased products.
